The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education is an employer-led organisation with an independent chair who leads a board of employers, business leaders and their representatives to ensure employers drive apprenticeship quality to the highest level.
We also have responsibility for managing the development and approval of T levels – the classroom based technical education programme. The Institute is delivering flagship Government policies with frontline impact and our work will help ensure that people of all ages and backgrounds have the opportunity to maximise their potential and contribute to improving social mobility and the UK’s productivity.
