Alongside your day job, you’ll be studying an industry-recognised qualification. You’ll study a course that is relevant to your role and will help you develop the knowledge and skills required to excel in your career.
All of our Apprentices become an integral part of the Telegraph team and have made a real contribution whilst on the programme and beyond.
Our apprenticeships vary year-to-year but we aim to provide placements across the organisation, from Editorial to Tech, to HR.
Our two-year programme also includes technical training and support with developing key personal skills and behaviours. We also organise networking events so Apprentices are able to get to know each other and meet senior colleagues in the business.
There is the opportunity for high-performing Apprentices to apply for permanent roles once they complete their qualification.
